Synopsis

This performance is based on simultaneous projection with six film projectors and handpainted filmmaterial. The projectors are modified to allow control of speed and brightness and usage of long film loops.

Soundwise it makes use of live electronic treatments and realtime modulation of multilayering timbres. Also involved are recordings of the optical sounds of the chemical/ crystal layers of the filmmaterial and their rhythmical treatment.
